A blending of three flours with handfuls of plump raisins and rich walnuts results in this moist bread with a perfect thin crust.

CLASSIC FRENCH $4.25     REGULAR OR WHOLE WHEAT BAGUETTE $3.55
Traditional French market bread formed of dough and starter that is aged over 48 hours.  The crust is crisp, the interior fluffy.

TOMATO BASIL $5.75     BAGUETTE $3.55
Mediterranean influenced, a gathering of three flours with flavor nurtured by sundried tomatoes, basil and garlic.  A soft bread, pleasant crust.

GARLIC PARMESAN $4.25
A wealth of aged parmesan cheese, tempered with garlic hand-folded into a light dough.  A cheese-slashed crust with moist interior.

JALAPENO CHEDDAR $4.35
A dance of herbs - Rosemary, Thyme and Basil - are spirited by minced jalapeno peppers, corn, and shred upon shred of cheddar cheese to form this bread surrounded by a crisp crust.

WALNUT ONION $5.75
Three different onions - Spanish, Scallions and Red - are introduced to the walnut.  Together they create a delicious, moist interior.   The crust is thick and tasty.

The unique durum wheat flour is presented in a form of a wonderful, fluffy, coarse-textured bread perfected with surrounding sesame seeds.

ITALIAN CHEESE BREAD $5.45
The perfect blend of Danish Fontina, Gorgonzola, Parmesan, Sharp Cheddar, and Mozzarella cheeses and a touch of chopped onions makes this pizza-shaped bread unique by itself.

SPENT GRAIN $5.45
This wheat-based high-fiber bread is blended with barley after local microbreweries have extracted the grain's sugar to brew pilsners, ales, and stout beers.

DANISH KERNEL BREAD $8.25
This unique Scandinavian bread is very dense in texture - weighs three pounds a loaf - full of flavors resulting from a perfect blend of negela seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, rye flakes and cracked wheat.
